A leading company in the construction industry is seeking an experienced and solutions-oriented Project Manager with a focus on healthcare projects. This role is ideal for a proactive leader with a strong background in general contracting management and a passion for delivering high-quality healthcare facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from preconstruction planning to project completion, ensuring they meet client expectations and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead marketing and business development activities, maintaining relationships with past clients and building new client relationships.
Oversee all aspects of construction projects, including estimating, purchasing, engineering, accounting, and quality assurance.
Review and approve bids and budgets, ensuring a complete understanding of the project estimate.
Establish and maintain professional relationships with the owner and architect/engineers.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of general contracting management experience, preferably with GMP contracts and healthcare projects.
Experience in preconstruction planning, estimating, subcontractor bidding, and scheduling.
Proficiency in Timberline, Primavera, MS Project, and/or Bluebeam.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with experience in leading teams.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to share information with team members at all organizational levels.
Solutions-oriented mindset with a positive attitude and curious listening skills.
Ability to mentor others, solve complex problems, and grow within the industry.
