Personal Injury Paralegal (Plaintiff)

Role: Plaintiff’s personal injury paralegal Location: Portland, Oregon 97201 Pay: $70,000-$90,000 Parking: Parking is paid for and in the building
LHH is looking for a mid-senior plaintiff’s personal injury paralegal, with experience with motor vehicle accident pre-litigation and litigation
Must Haves:OR only cases so OR experience is needed
Pre lit- medical records, medical chronologies, demand letter writing, dealing with liens and medical bills, filings
5+ years of personal injury experience
OK being in the office 5 days per week
Billable: Zero billable hours/they are 100% contingency based Benefits:
$600/month for medical, dental, and vision- this covers mid-tier selection (They have 3 insurance plans to choose from), Blue Cross BlueShield/Regence and Delta Dental
The life insurance policy is just given to the person
401K (they can do Roth or traditional)- they match 100% up to 3% and 4-5%, they match 50% so if someone puts in 5%, the firm gives 4%
$40/month for cell phone reimbursement
$30/month for gym membership
Wine club membership is free
Disability plan LTD is covered by the firm
PTO: to start--- 2 weeks accrued + 5 days sick time, goes up from there over time but they are flexible if someone has to have 3 weeks accrued to start if they are an A+ paralegal
Holidays: paid holidays-standard + Juneteenth if it is on a weekday

Interview Process: 1. Firm Admin (zoom or in person) 2. Owner + 1-2 current Paralegals (in person)
