Job Description:
One of our amazing clients is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Branch Operations Manager to join our team in Portland, Oregon. The Branch Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the branch, ensuring efficient and effective management of resources, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a commitment to achieving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the daily operations of the branch, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Monitor and analyze branch performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Lead, coach, and mentor branch staff to achieve performance goals and professional development.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer service.
Prepare and present regular reports on branch performance to senior management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in branch operations management, preferably in a financial or retail setting.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to develop and implement operational strategies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and branch management software.
