LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently looking for a Litigation Paralegal to join our clients team in Portland, Oregon! The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of litigation experience and be proficient with reviewing medical records.
Responsibilities:- Handling all aspects of trial preparation
- Drafting discovery requests and subpoenas
- Conducting background and factual investigations
- Analyzing and creating summaries of medical records/chronologies
- Oregon filing experience; Washington is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill
- 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience
- Paralegal certificate preferred
