- Drafting essential legal documents like pleadings and motions
- Assisting with all phases of tort and civil litigation cases, from start to finish
- Keeping case files organized and ensuring documents are filed on time
- Researching legal issues and collecting key information for cases
- Preparing for trials by organizing exhibits and witness information
- Communicating with clients, witnesses, opposing lawyers, and court staff
- Handling administrative duties to support the partner and enhance office operations
- Summarizing case and medical records for review
- Scheduling and coordinating depositions, mediations, and court dates
- At least five years of paralegal experience in tort and civil litigation
- Skilled in using legal research tools and software
- Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail
- In-depth knowledge of legal terms, practices, and court regulations
- Exceptional skills in both written and oral communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
- Paralegal Certificate is preferred
