- Education & Experience: A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, coupled with at least 5 years of progressive HR experience.
- Payroll Savvy: Demonstrated expertise in prevailing wage payroll requirements and compliance is a must.
- Leadership Skills: Show off your managerial prowess with at least 2 years of experience owning the leadership in human resources
- People Skills: Stellar interpersonal and communication abilities that resonate at all levels of the organization.
- Confidentiality Champion: Proven track record of handling sensitive information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Tech Whiz: Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems, along with a knack for Microsoft Office Suite.
