LHH is seeking a detail-oriented Health Editor to join our clients team in Portland, Oregon. Our ideal candidate will oversee the development, quality assurance, and timely delivery of materials.
As Health Editor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy, high quality, and adherence to the client's style guide for all content produced.
Responsibilities:
Manage the development, quality control, and timely delivery of core and funded content assignments
Lead the development of content operations and style guide, establishing best practices and standards for content creation and management
Oversee and edit assignments delegated to freelance writers, providing guidance and feedback as needed
Ensure that all content adheres to style guide
Facilitate editorial workflows using project management tools
Collaborate closely stakeholders to develop, publish, and optimize content efficiently
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, or a related field
3+ years of experience
Excellent time management
Knowledge of SEO best practices is a plus
Pay Details: $30.00 - 40.00 per hour
The role is contract and hybrid in Portland, Oregon.
