$18.00 - $20.00 per Hour
Essential Functions:
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing a welcoming and professional experience.
- Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate parties and taking messages as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area and conference rooms.
- Coordinate mail and package deliveries, ensuring accurate distribution and dispatch.
- Assist with scheduling and calendar management for meeting rooms and company events.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as required.
- Handle office supply inventory, placing orders and restocking as necessary.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in office management is a plus.
- Exposure to working in an office setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Customer service attitude with a professional appearance.
