$18.00 - $20.00 per Hour

Title: Front Desk Receptionist Industry: Property Management/Real Estate Hours: Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm Hourly Rate: $18-$20 per hour Location: Onsite in SW Portland, Oregon (parking is paid for) Duration: Contract with potential for permanent hire

Essential Functions:


  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing a welcoming and professional experience.
  • Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate parties and taking messages as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area and conference rooms.
  • Coordinate mail and package deliveries, ensuring accurate distribution and dispatch.
  • Assist with scheduling and calendar management for meeting rooms and company events.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as required.
  • Handle office supply inventory, placing orders and restocking as necessary.

Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in office management is a plus.
  • Exposure to working in an office setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Customer service attitude with a professional appearance.
