Job Description: LHH Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our global client's team in Portland, Oregon. This role will play a key part in ensuring new business is gained and current clients are maintained efficiently by providing reports, and responding to inquiries via email and messaging. Responsibilities:
- Monitor reporting processes and upload as needed.
- Generate comprehensive reports.
- Create and send quotes to potential clients.
- Create and issue invoices for services rendered.
- Provide prompt and courteous customer service via email, addressing any questions or concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer service protocols.
- Participate in meetings to continue to expand full knowledge of products offered.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of office administration or customer service experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in email correspondence and basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
