Job Title: Customer Service Representative Location: Onsite in Portland, Oregon Hourly Wage: $21 per hour Hours: Monday through Friday, 9am-6pm Duration: Contract to hire Benefits: 100% paid medical and dental

Job Description: LHH Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our global client's team in Portland, Oregon. This role will play a key part in ensuring new business is gained and current clients are maintained efficiently by providing reports, and responding to inquiries via email and messaging. Responsibilities:


  • Monitor reporting processes and upload as needed.
  • Generate comprehensive reports.
  • Create and send quotes to potential clients.
  • Create and issue invoices for services rendered.
  • Provide prompt and courteous customer service via email, addressing any questions or concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer service protocols.
  • Participate in meetings to continue to expand full knowledge of products offered.

Requirements:


  • 1+ years of office administration or customer service experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in email correspondence and basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
