Job Title: Office Manager

Overview: LHH is seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to support our executive team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role requires a dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional administrative and customer service support.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative assistance including drafting and editing emails, organizing meetings, and preparing communications on behalf of executives
Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, and prioritize sensitive matters
Deliver excellent customer service through order entry, order acknowledgment, communication of promise dates, order status updates, and invoicing
Greet and direct visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment
Perform minor accounting tasks as needed
Maintain accurate and comprehensive records
Oversee general office operations including mail handling, coffee and supply management, printer maintenance, and answering phones
Assist with ad hoc tasks and support various departments as needed
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar administrative or office management role
Pay Details: $45,000.00 to $52,000.00 per year
