Overview:

LHH is seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to support our executive team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role requires a dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional administrative and customer service support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative assistance including drafting and editing emails, organizing meetings, and preparing communications on behalf of executives

  • Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, and prioritize sensitive matters

  • Deliver excellent customer service through order entry, order acknowledgment, communication of promise dates, order status updates, and invoicing

  • Greet and direct visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment

  • Perform minor accounting tasks as needed

  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records

  • Oversee general office operations including mail handling, coffee and supply management, printer maintenance, and answering phones

  • Assist with ad hoc tasks and support various departments as needed

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar administrative or office management role



Pay Details: $45,000.00 to $52,000.00 per year
