LHH is collaborating with a reputable company in Plano, TX, to find an experience Credit and Collections Specialist for a contract position for 3+ months. This role is currently offering $26-27/hr. The ideal candidate must have knowledge of collections, preparing the weekly forecast and reviewing the aging report. The candidate must bilingual (Spanish/English). The role offers a great hybrid schedule.
Must have 5-7 years in Credit and Collections experience
Primary focus will be to collect on past due accounts
Prepare weekly Cash Forecast
Keep records of all collection activity in Advance Collections on assigned accounts (e-mails or conversations)
Update AR Aging report daily with collection notes
Experience on reconciliation of customer accounts
Detailed oriented
Knowledge of Oracle 11i & R12 and PeopleSoft (not required)
Bilingual (English/Spanish) if assigned North America or CALA accounts (not required)
