This contract to hire position will put the Collections Specialist in a role where they reach out to Businesses to collect on delinquent accounts, answering client questions, and setting up payments. Responsibilities:- Standard Accounts Receivable duties
- B2B phone calls collections calls
- Answering customer questions
- Assist with setting up payments
- Strong interpersonal skills over the phone
- A consistent level of professionalism at all times
- Auditing for errors
- Two years of experience required
- Contract to Hire
- $22.00 to $24.00 an hour
- Full Time 40 Hours per week
- Hybrid schedule (2 days remote per week)
- 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday
