Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced HR professional with a strong background in Talent Acquisition and People Leader Training to support the site growth of 25% direct hourly employees. This role will involve the strategy, design, and delivery of organization development and talent development programs, initiatives, and activities, all geared towards enabling the achievement of business goals.
Roles and Responsibilities
Develop in-depth knowledge of the discipline and leverage prior experience to execute functional policies and strategies.
Lead talent and organization development activities, including talent management, organizational effectiveness, culture initiatives, and large-scale organizational strategies.
Lead key HR processes including recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and orientation to support 25% site growth in direct hourly employees.
Develop and deliver People Leader training on Front-Line Leadership, consistent application of policy, and technical system utilization.
Streamline the site’s Hiring Process and Orientation systems through problem-solving and the development and execution of action plans.
Provide coaching and guidance to leaders, managers, and employees on HR and People Leadership fundamentals and process training.
Advise and counsel managers and employees to ensure consistent application and integration of policies, procedures, and practices, promoting compliance and ethical work standards.
Act as the first point of contact for questions and guidance on HR topics, helping employees and managers navigate self-services and HR services.
Provide individual contributions while maintaining interpersonal communication with colleagues and the business regarding services rendered.
Use professional judgment to impact projects, processes, and procedures in the field.
Solve problems by leveraging technical expertise and analytical thinking, potentially utilizing multiple internal resources to reach decisions.
Assist with other HR special projects or initiatives as needed.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business, or a related field
6+ years of experience in HR.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, and Excel.
Experience in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding.
Experience in People Leader training.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to analyze and resolve problems effectively.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Ability to document, plan, market, and execute HR programs.
