Job Title: Accounts Receivable Clerk

Location: Pico Rivera, CA (Fully Onsite)

Pay: Up to $24.50/hour

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team in Pico Rivera on a full onsite basis. This is a contract position for three months with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs. The ideal candidate will have experience in accounts receivable processes, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  

  Process and apply customer payments accurately and in a timely manner.

• 
  

  Generate and send invoices to clients while ensuring accuracy.

• 
  

  Monitor and follow up on outstanding balances to minimize past-due accounts.

• 
  

  Reconcile AR accounts and resolve discrepancies.

• 
  

  Maintain accurate records of transactions and prepare reports as needed.

• 
  

  Assist with month-end closing processes related to accounts receivable.

• 
  

  Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper documentation and customer communication.

Qualifications:

• 
  

  1+ years of accounts receivable experience preferred.

• 
  

  Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

• 
  

  Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

• 
  

  Excellent communication skills for handling customer inquiries.

• 
  

  Ability to work fully onsite in Pico Rivera.
