Senior Administrative Assistant

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with an aviation company in East Phoenix. This company is in search of a full time senior administrative assistant to support the HR department. This position will require heavy calendar management and meeting coordination. This job is fully in office, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. The salary range is between $50,000-$55,000.

Responsibilities:


  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external HR-related inquiries.
  • Coordinate calendars/meetings, and schedule interviews, meetings, and appointments for the HR team.
  • Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating candidate interviews.
  • Manage employee records, including updating information, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Assist with HR projects and initiatives, such as employee onboarding, training programs, and performance management processes.
  • Prepare and distribute HR-related communications, including memos, announcements, and reports.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.

Requirements:


  • 3+ years as an administrative assistant, preferably in a Human Resources environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred.
