Revenue Cycle Specialist
ONSITE in Phoenix, AZ 85009
Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30 pm
Pay rate between $18 - $23 per hour (dependent on incoming experience)
Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee various aspects of the revenue cycle process including billing, accounts receivable, claims processing and collections.
Review and analyze patient accounts to ensure accurate and timely billing, collections, and patient inquiries.
Identify and resolve billing discrepancies and issues to minimize revenue loss.
Communicating effectively with patients and providers.
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline revenue cycle workflows and processes.
Generate reports and provide analysis on revenue cycle performance metrics.
What you bring!
Minimum of 2 years of experience in full Revenue Cycle responsibilities.
Knowledge of healthcare billing and reimbursement practices preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
