- Create and deliver training materials and sessions for PFS employees.
- Design effective training programs for all applicable software systems within PFS.
- Schedule training classes for all PFS employees, in both group and individual settings.
- Develop training classes and agendas for new PFS employees.
- Create educational materials specific to payers and job assignments, in both visual and written formats.
- Coordinate educational opportunities with other subject matter experts, both internal and external.
- Develop testing materials to assess knowledge base and training retention.
- Participate in the creation of performance requirement criteria for bonus structures.
- Assist in auditing employee work to identify areas needing remedial training.
- Work with other management team members to address various training needs across the department.
- Participate in the development of periodic process audits to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain records of all training classes and sessions.
- Update training materials on the SharePoint website.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Care, or Adult Education required.
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in education or training.
- Minimum of 2 years of recent medical billing experience.
- Training certifications preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office software.
- Must be able to pass a pre-placement drug test and background screen.
- This position is designated Safety Sensitive for purposes of the Arizona Medical Marijuana Act.
