Provider Enrollment Specialist Position

LHH Recruitment Solutions is searching for a full-time Provider Enrollment Specialist on a Direct Hire basis for a client in Phoenix, AZ. Our client is seeking a Provider Enrollment Specialist to ensure that healthcare providers are properly enrolled with insurance companies and government agencies to receive payment for the services they provide.

Compensation: $21-24 per hour Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm, Flexible Job Type: Direct Hire Requirements:



  • High School Diploma or equivalent, required


  • 5+ years of Provider Enrollment experience, required


  • MS Office Suite Proficiency


  • Displays high degree of written and verbal communication skills, analytical, and ability to work independently with strong interpersonal skills


Responsibilities:



  • Develop, coordinate, implement, and manage provider enrollment processes with governmental and commercial payers.


  • Ensure accurate submission of claims through attention to detail in obtaining appropriate signatures and verifying application accuracy.


  • Build strong communication and relationships with payers for initial enrollment and regulatory changes.


  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of payer policies, regulations, requirements, and forms across multiple states.


  • Navigate payer systems, utilize online tools, and troubleshoot issues for government payers.


  • Provide technical support to facilitate revenue flow compliantly.


  • Independently prioritize and process a high volume of work.


  • Identify and develop workflow processes to meet changing regulatory requirements.


  • Request and organize supporting documentation from various departments for provider enrollment applications.


  • Maintain a database of all EMS licenses for base locations.


  • Ensure consistency with submitted documentation.


  • Identify, develop, and conduct audits for Provider Enrollment and Patient Financial Services.


  • Communicate changes in Medicare/Medicaid/Tricare/HIS and other federal payer enrollment requirements to management.


  • Train on the complexities of payer and regulatory requirements.
