Office Administrative Assistant

LHH Recruitment is working with a financial services company in North Phoenix. This company is looking to add an administrative assistant to their team. This job is Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, fully in office.

As an Office Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the office. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring smooth office functioning, and providing support to various departments. This role requires someone who is proactive, has strong communication skills, and can handle a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage and maintain office schedules and appointments
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
  • Assist with data entry, document preparation, and filing
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Coordinate meetings and events as needed
  • Assist with client communications and follow-ups
  • Perform general office duties such as copying, scanning, and faxing
  • Maintain office organization and cleanliness
  • Provide administrative support to team members as necessary

Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a corporate or financial services environment
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
