Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Customer Service Representative for our client’s team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about products and services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for helping others.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
Resolve customer issues and complaints by identifying the problem, offering solutions, and following up to ensure resolution.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Assist customers with order placement, billing inquiries, and account management.
Upsell and cross-sell products and services when appropriate.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service or related fields is a plus.
Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to handle difficult customers and challenging situations with empathy and professionalism.
Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a team player mentality.
