Accounts Receivable Specialist

• Promptly process and record incoming payments.
• Generate and distribute invoices and account statements.
• Follow up on overdue invoices and resolve payment issues with clients.
• Reconcile accounts and prepare reports on receivables.
• Collaborate with the finance team on cash flow management and revenue forecasting.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Maintain updated customer records.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience as an Accounts Receivable Specialist or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of accounting principles.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Excel.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented and well-organized.
