- Process daily accounts payable transactions.
- Verify and reconcile vendor statements.
- Address vendor inquiries and resolve payment issues.
- Prepare financial reports on accounts payable.
- Assist with audits by providing necessary documentation.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies.
- Collaborate with departments to improve payment processes.
- Maintain organized financial records.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Experience in accounts payable or similar roles.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and payable processes.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Excel.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
