Senior Property Accountant

Senior Property Accountant LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Senior Property Accountant with a leading Real Estate firm based in Philadelphia, PA. This a contract position with the potential to become permanent. This role is on-site and our client offers free parking! Responsibilities

• Invoice and bill review processing
• Bank deposit preparation via remote software
• Coordination with property management for timely financial operations
• General Ledger and Journal Entry management
• Monthly financial reporting (P&Ls, Balance Sheets)
• Bank reconciliations
• General office duties and other tasks as needed

Preferred Skills

• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in the Real Estate sector
• Familiarity with Property Management software, preferably Yardi
