Accounts Receivable

LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a Philadelphia, PA based manufacturing company in their search for an Accounts Receivable Clerk. This position will be an on-site contract role. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Compensation: $21-$23/hr. Responsibilities

• -Process and monitor incoming payments and secure revenue by verifying and posting receipts.
• -Maintain accurate and up-to-date billing system and customer files.
• -Communicate with clients about billing discrepancies and questions.
• -Engage in consistent, proactive accounts receivable collections.
• -Assist with month-end closing and other accounting tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.
• -Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with accounting software.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
