- -Process and monitor incoming payments and secure revenue by verifying and posting receipts.
- -Maintain accurate and up-to-date billing system and customer files.
- -Communicate with clients about billing discrepancies and questions.
- -Engage in consistent, proactive accounts receivable collections.
- -Assist with month-end closing and other accounting tasks as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.
- -Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with accounting software.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
