LHH Recruitment is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our client’s team.
Receptionist / Administrative Assistant
Pay: $23–$24/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
Type: Contract to Hire
We’re looking for someone with excellent administrative skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office—especially PowerPoint. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, and brings a high level of organization to the workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact—greeting visitors, answering calls, and managing front desk duties.
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the leadership team and various departments.
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel and accommodations.
Create, edit, and format documents and presentations using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Assist with event planning for internal meetings, client visits, and company events.
Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems, ensuring confidentiality.
Support reporting tasks including safety, maintenance, and production reports.
Provide basic SAP support to team members, including report generation and training.
Manage office supply inventory and handle procurement of business materials.
Distribute departmental mail and maintain internal communication documents.
Perform general clerical duties including copying, scanning, faxing, and document prep.
Adhere to and promote company safety policies and procedures.
Other administrative duties as needed.
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of administrative or clerical experience in a professional setting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong emphasis on PowerPoint.
Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong time management, multitasking, and organizational skills.
Ability to maintain discretion with sensitive and confidential information.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
5+ years supporting executive or leadership teams.
IAAP Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) or related certification.
Pay Details: $23.00 to $24.00 per hour
