Job Title: SAP HCM (HR Mini-Master) HRIS Data Analyst / Concur Expense Administrator Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional to fulfill a dual-role position focusing on SAP HCM (HR Mini-Master) and Concur Expense Management. This hybrid role requires equal expertise in managing, analyzing, and optimizing HR data within the SAP HCM framework as well as administering and enhancing the Concur Expense system to meet business needs. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in streamlining HR and financial processes, ensuring system reliability, data accuracy, and exceptional user support.
Location: Malvern, PA 19355 Compensation: $74.00 per hour max Key Responsibilities SAP HCM (HR Mini-Master) HRIS Data Analyst (50%)Conduct regular system audits to uphold data integrity and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Perform data analysis to resolve anomalies and ensure data accuracy in the HCM module, particularly with data sourced from platforms like Workday.
Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders to translate them into technical configurations and solutions for SAP HCM.
Collaborate with internal teams to understand business processes and ensure effective data management practices.
Participate in the implementation, configuration, and upgrade processes of SAP HCM modules, including standing up the HR Mini-Master in SAP S/4 HANA.
Generate and analyze HR-related reports using SAP HR reporting tools to support decision-making.
Day-to-Day Activities:
Address and resolve system issues and data inaccuracies promptly.
Ensure seamless integration of HR systems by coordinating with cross-functional teams.
Regularly update and maintain configurations to meet evolving organizational requirements.
Concur Expense Administrator (50%)
Resolve end-user support tickets related to the Concur Expense platform, ensuring a high level of responsiveness and user satisfaction.
Optimize workflows, expense types, and policy settings within Concur to align with organizational objectives.
Partner with the Finance and T&E teams to integrate Concur Expense with SAP financial modules.
Assist in implementing corporate credit card solutions within Concur, streamlining expense reporting and reimbursement processes.
Participates in the implementation, integration, and optimization of Concur Expense in SAP S/4 HANA.
Conduct system testing during implementation phases, identifying and resolving issues to ensure smooth deployment.
Train and support end-users to maximize the system’s functionality and ensure adherence to best practices.
Responsible for update and maintenance of end user “Quick Reference Guides” and IT Help Desk Knowledge Based Articles on how to use Concur Expense.
Day-to-Day Activities:
Process configuration updates and resolve user-related issues on an ongoing basis.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and optimize system workflows.
Monitor and report on expense trends using Concur Cognos reporting tools.
Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, experience in lieu of a degree is OK.
Experience:
3+ years of experience with SAP HCM modules (PA/OM).
3+ years of hands-on experience with Concur Expense, including configuration and troubleshooting.
Technical Skills:
Expertise in SAP HCM, HR Mini-Master, and their integration with ERP platforms like SAP S/4 HANA.
Proficiency in Concur system administration, including policy customization and workflow optimization.
Strong understanding of data management principles and analytics.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis.
Soft Skills:
Exceptional problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
