LHH Recruitment Solutions is assisting our Paramus, NJ client in their search for a temp to perm Financial Operations Manager of Back End Systems. Financial Services industry experience is a must. This role will report onsite five days per week in Paramus, NJ.
Job Overview:
Managing the company’s back end system that manages lease and loan transactions. Managing the schedules and overall operations between the company and the bank
Responsible for data reconciliation and cash applications in a leasing/loan environment specifically in IFS Leaseworks/LTi (Aspire)
Processing financial adjustments by restructuring contracts (price changes, term changes, funding changes)
Setting up usage of labor and work distribution to members of the Financial Operations Group
Processing daily cash funding for ISO/business partners
Responsible for reporting - Business Performance KPI’s, fee reporting, SLA reporting, etc
Liaising between customer service, onboarding, collections team, and relationship managers
Posting payments to customer accounts - ACH/Wire and Contract Billing Reconciliation
Reviewing issues from Customer Service, Onboarding, Collections, and RM team
Working with the technology team to create system enhancements that will improve reporting
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
Prior financial services or B2B lending related experience
Exceptional interpersonal skills and strong communication skills
Strong data reconciliations and cash application experience in a leasing/loan environment working in lease applications
Excellent customer service skills
Strong technical skills
Advanced Excel
