LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Benefits Analyst to assist a great client in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. We are seeking someone with at least 3 years of experience working in high level human resources in a benefits/compensation/rewards analyst role.
Responsibilities
Responsible for supporting the design, development, and administration of the compensation program
Use a knowledge of compensation theory to provide analytical support in broader areas of the company
Annual compensation program review, annual salary review, and maintain position descriptions
Create and modify salary structures and guidelines
Experience
Bachelor's Degree required
Minimum 3 years of experience in compensation or benefits analytics
Experience in state or global compensation programs
Skills
Strong analytical ability
Demonstrated ability to adapt and change when needed
Can work strongly while independent
Work Type
Full Time, Direct Hire, Onsite
Compensation: $75-80k/year
