LHH is seeking a litigation paralegal interested in a permanent job opportunity with a very successful law firm in Orlando, FL. We especially want to hear from those with litigation experience, including personal injury and insurance defense. You will be responsible for drafting, formatting, and proofreading correspondence and legal documents, , notices, pleadings, discovery, subpoenas, etc.; filing and e-filing in federal and state courts; preparing hearing, meeting, and deposition binders as well. The ideal candidate will be a real team player, with a proactive attitude and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Qualifications:
4+ years of solid litigation paralegal experience. Personal injury on the defense side is a must!
BA/BS required; ABA-certified paralegal certificate preferred but not required
Strong computer proficiency, especially with MS Office
Solid organizational and multi-tasking skills with high attention to detail
Great communication and interpersonal skills with a helpful, no-job-too-small mindset
Hybrid after a successful onboarding
Salary: $65,000-$75,000/yr.
