- Ensure all customer calls and service complaints are processed
- Process parts orders requests and returns
- Coordinate system repairs and upgrades
- Process changes to customer accounts
- Process all orders via phone and email
- HS Diploma required
- Experience in medical device customer support role
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong customer service-focus
- Full Time, Onsite, Contract to Hire
- Compensation: $24-26/hr
