Position Summary:
As a Sales & Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and business operations. You will assist in managing customer relationships, processing orders, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth coordination between sales, operations, and customer service teams. Your role will also involve tracking key sales metrics, organizing sales materials, and assisting with client communications to enhance overall efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Sales Support: Assist the sales team by managing inquiries, preparing quotes, processing orders, and following up with customers.
Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, provide product information, and ensure a seamless purchasing experience.
Order Coordination: Work closely with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
Data Entry & Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records, generate reports, and track sales performance metrics.
Administrative Assistance: Handle scheduling, document preparation, filing, and maintaining sales-related records.
Inventory & Product Support: Assist in maintaining product inventory levels and coordinating with suppliers when needed.
Event & Trade Show Coordination: Support the sales team in organizing and coordinating logistics for trade shows and industry events.
