LHH Recruitment is seeking a driven Sales Specialist to support a great client in Opa Locka, FL. The ideal candidate will have a few years of experience in luxury sales or experience supporting and marketing for high net worth clients.
Responsibilities:
Drive revenue growth through finding and developing professional relationships with brokers and clients
Work with team members to build and achieve department goals and reach performance targets
Work closely with Operations team to resolve client and customer issues
Utilize company software to optimize company business
Take on additional projects as needed
Experience
At least 2 years of sales experience working in a fast-paced, production-driven environment
Associates degree preferred with emphasis in business or marketing
Experience working with a team to reach sales goals
Working with high net worth clients a huge plus!
Skills:
Strong communication skills
Outgoing personality
Strong closing skills
Highly proficient in MS Suite
Professional and a team player
Work Type:
Direct Hire, Full time, Onsite
On-call flexibility on nights/weekends
Compensation: $80-85k plus commission
