Fleet Account Executive- Kansas City Metro LHH is partnering with a client within the Kansas City Metro who is seeking a Fleet Account Executive. This is a full-time Hybrid role for a salesperson in Fleet & Heavy Duty. The individual will be responsible for managing and expanding sales within the fleet and heavy-duty industries. They will identify and engage potential customers, build and maintain customer relationships, and provide product demonstrations. The individual will also collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sales strategies, provide customer support, and achieve sales targets. Qualifications:
Prior experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or heavy-duty industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
Knowledge of fleet and heavy-duty vehicles and equipment
Ability to understand customer needs and provide customized solutions
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in using CRM software
Willingness to travel for customer meetings and industry events
College degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred)
