Retail Merchandising Coordinator
LHH is seeking an experienced merchandising coordinator to join our client's dynamic retail team. This role is pivotal in driving the expansion of hardware and products globally. The Merchandising Coordinator will primarily support our client’s Global Marketing team in the successful execution of new product launches.
Role Location: While a west-coast based candidate is preferred due to the majority of the U.S-based team working in Pacific Standard Time, it is not a requirement.
Key Responsibilities:
Support vendor communications throughout the display maturation process.
Coordinate with internal teams on hardware requirements for displays.
Maintain retailer ship lists.
Secure vendor quotes for installation services.
Schedule installations in coordination with RPM and Vendors.
Verify proof of execution for store installations.
Audit interactive hardware to ensure proper installation and store registration.
Ensure all smart tags (QR codes) are correctly registered by store.
Develop frameworks to measure ROI.
Qualifications:
3+ years of business-to-business sales, account management, or retail marketing experience, preferably within a global organization.
Agency & vendor management experience; working with display & creative vendors, merchandising field teams, and strong knowledge of fundamental merchandising processes.
High proficiency in project management with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and program timelines.
Acute attention to detail, dynamic, solutions-oriented, and excellent communication (written and verbal) skills.
Strong proficiency in Google Sheets + Slides and MS Excel.
