Key Responsibilities:



  • Support employees with payroll and benefit related questions


  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations and reporting requirements.


  • Review and reconcile reports to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.


  • Address inquiries from employees regarding payroll-related matters in a professional and timely manner.


  • Assist with payroll-related audits, including preparing documentation and responding to auditor inquiries.


  • Collaborate with HR departments to ensure accurate employee data and seamless integration with other systems.


  • Maintain confidentiality of payroll information and adhere to data protection policies.


Qualifications:



  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll processing or related role.


  • Strong understanding of payroll principles, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.


  • Proficiency with payroll software and Microsoft Excel.


  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.


  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.


  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.


  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.


  • High level of integrity and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
