LHH is seeking an experienced Sales Executive for our client. The primary objective will be to connect with prospects and convert them into qualified leads in the areas of Finance and Accounting, as well as Contract Management outsourcing. This role includes generating new leads, managing them alongside our operations team, and coordinating the final sale.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and maintain a list of prospects, employing various methods to approach these prospects.
Convert prospects into qualified leads and collaborate with senior sales professionals and operations teams to close sales.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all leads until the sale is closed.
Effectively communicate the offerings to prospects.
Articulate value-based propositions through presentations and proposals.
Understand industry-specific trends and landscapes, gather market intelligence, and map out the competitive landscape.
Explore additional service opportunities within clients to grow the organization's overall footprint.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in outbound sales, preferably within the Finance, Legal, and Procurement sectors.
Strong ability to connect with executives
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to understand and articulate complex business solutions.
A proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
Willingness to travel as needed.
