LHH is currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a great Manufacturing Company in Norcross, GA. If you are organized, sharp and great with managing responsibilities, this is the role for you!


Primary Responsibilities:


The Talent Acquisition Specialist will undertake the following responsibilities:



  • Manage the posting of job advertisements both internally and externally.


  • Assess incoming resumes to determine the need for targeted recruitment efforts.


  • Maintain an up-to-date database of all open positions.


  • Oversee approximately 30-45 job requisitions concurrently.


  • Participate actively in recruitment events and foster relationships with educational institutions and training providers.


  • Collaborate closely with HR and hiring managers to comprehend job requirements thoroughly.


  • Source and screen resumes and applications to identify top candidates for available roles.


  • Conduct preliminary interviews via phone and occasionally in-person, including weekends as needed.


  • Provide recommendations to hiring managers and coordinate interviews with both internal and external applicants.


  • Extend contingent job offers to successful candidates.


  • Adhere to confidentiality protocols and organizational policies.


  • Perform additional duties as required to support the organization's needs.


Travel Requirements: Anticipated domestic and international travel ranging from 10% to 40%, with increased travel expected during new site launches and job fairs at mini hubs across the country.


Qualifications:


To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:



  • High School Diploma required.


  • 1-2 years of experience in recruitment.


  • Professional recruiting experience in fields such as Accounting, HR, Engineering, etc.


  • Comfortable with moderate travel requirements.


  • Additional proficiency in SuccessFactors and other ATS platforms preferred.


Job Type:



  • Fully remote position with initial onsite training required for one month.


  • Direct hire, full-time employment.
