Recruiter Location: Norcross, GA (Training on site then remote) Job Type: Direct Hire Salary: $60,000 - $65,000 We are seeking a dedicated and experienced recruiter to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have solid experience with any Applicant Tracking System (ATS), especially SuccessFactors. You will be a key player in starting new components of our recruiting portal and collaborating with the team to achieve our recruitment goals. A recruiter interested in this role should expect heavy travel at the beginning of 2025 for 3-4 months and be available for those travel dates. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Post internal and external job advertisements.
  • Monitor resume submissions to determine the need for job posting sponsorship.
  • Maintain an accurate listing of all open positions.
  • Participate in recruiting events and cultivate relationships with relevant schools and training programs.
  • Collaborate with the Human Resources team and hiring managers to fully understand position requirements, duties, and responsibilities.
  • Source, screen, and identify applicants who are the best fit for open positions.
  • Conduct pre-screening interviews (phone and face-to-face); interviews may occasionally be performed on weekends.
  • Make hiring recommendations to managers and schedule applicant interviews.
  • Extend contingent offers of employment.
  • Maintain employee confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Perform additional duties as necessary in the best interest of the company.
Travel Demands:
  • Anticipated domestic and international travel is approximately 10% - 40% depending on business needs and new site launches.

  • Required:
    • High School Diploma
    • 2-3 years of previous professional recruitment experience
    • Experience with SuccessFactors or other ATS platforms
Additional Required Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with effective negotiation tactics.
  • Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for various roles.
  • Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Ability to quickly learn and utilize applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems.
