Global SyteLine Applications Support Specialist (Remote – Direct Hire) Location: Remote (EST hours preferred) Type: Full-time, Direct Hire Compensation: The anticipated salary range for this position is between $80,000 and $100,000 per year No C2C. Sponsorship is not available for this role.
LHH is partnering with a growing, global client to find a Global SyteLine Applications Support Specialist for a remote, direct hire opportunity. This role plays a key part in supporting and optimizing our client’s ERP system — Infor SyteLine (CloudSuite Industrial) — across multiple business units worldwide.
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and brings a strong background in SyteLine support within manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain settings.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first line of support for SyteLine ERP users across the organization, troubleshooting issues and resolving system or user errors.
Collaborate with internal IT teams, vendors, and users to diagnose and resolve functional and technical problems.
Conduct user training sessions and create support documentation including SOPs, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides.
Support user onboarding, access setup, and account security within SyteLine.
Participate in ERP updates, patches, and system testing, and train users on new functionalities.
Escalate complex system issues that require reconfiguration or development.
Conduct root cause analyses and support implementation of approved solutions.
Partner with business units to optimize SyteLine processes and usage.
Assist with system audits, integrity checks, and recommend improvements or upgrades.
Contribute to ERP implementation and post-implementation support.
Qualifications:
5+ years of hands-on SyteLine ERP experience (Infor CloudSuite Industrial).
5+ years in manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain industries.
Strong understanding of key SyteLine modules: Manufacturing, Finance, Inventory, Warehouse, Distribution, and Production Planning.
Organized, analytical, and able to prioritize across multiple projects.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
Occasional domestic or international travel may be required.
