Our NYC based client is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee LUXURY RESIDENTIAL buildouts and renovations. MUST have prior LUXURY RESIDENTIAL experience working with Clients, Architects, Engineers, Designers, Building Management and Subcontractors.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee the financial health of the project.
Ensure the project schedule is maintained.
Negotiate contracts with needed trades.
Make sure that the site is safe, clean and hazard-free jobsite.
All aspects of Project Administration.
Complete all required project reports.
Close-out the project, complete all open items and transition to Service & Maintenance.
Supervise assigned staff
Comprehensive and competitive benefits are offered.
