Job Description: Temporary-to-Permanent Office Administrator Location: New York, NY Hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM, with one hour for lunch Hourly Rate: $30-35 per hour (depending on experience)
This position is full time onsite Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Office Administrator to join our team on a temporary-to-permanent basis. In this role, you will provide crucial administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform general office duties including answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and manage calendars for team members.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as data entry and invoice processing.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain accurate records and files, both electronic and physical.
- Assist in organizing company events, workshops, and conferences.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support office efficiency.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proven experience in an Office Administrator or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
