HR Manager
LHH is looking for a HR Manager for one of our clients, a Non Profit Organization in Manhattan. This organization has approximately 300 full time employees and needs a HR Manager who can support all functions within the department. This person will handle Employee Relations, Benefits, Talent Acquisition and ideally help implement an HRIS system in the future. This position will be on-site, in office and start on a Temp to Perm basis. This position will pay between $30-40/hr, contingent on experience. Role Overview:
Managing the talent acquisition processes
Oversight of onboarding for new hires
Manage all aspects of Employee Relations
Training and Performance review process
Benefits coordination with providers
Experience:
At least 5 years of experience within Human Resources
Hands on experience with:
Talent Acquisition, Benefits and HRIS
Experience using an HRIS system
Pay Details: $30.00 to $40.00 per hour Search managed by: Matthew Doman
