Controller | Bonus | Hybrid

LHH Recruitment Solutions’ (pka Parker+Lynch) is working with a trusted client in New Albany looking for a Controller. This role will be over accounting and HR and will report to the head of finance. Leadership with progressive accounting experience within some type of industrial services industry will be key here.

Responsibilities:

· Lead Month/Year End

· Staff Management

· GL Maintenance

· Inventory Management

· Ensure GAAP Compliance

· Assistance with Budgeting

· Drive Process Improvement

· Financial Statements

· Support Other Depts. Through Efficient Data Sharing

· Reconciliations

· Payroll

· Journal Entries

Qualifications:

· Bachelors in Accounting

· 8+ years’ progressive accounting experience

· 3+ years’ supervisory experience

· Fantastic Communication Skills

· CPA or CMA preferred
