- Schedules appointments, meetings and events
- Communicates with employees, customers and patients for appointment confirmation
- Resolves scheduling conflicts
- Maintains appointment records
- Answers calls and emails
- Manages billing or insurance claims
- Minimum of 1 year of Microsoft experience
- Communication
