  • Schedules appointments, meetings and events
  • Communicates with employees, customers and patients for appointment confirmation
  • Resolves scheduling conflicts
  • Maintains appointment records
  • Answers calls and emails
  • Manages billing or insurance claims
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year of Microsoft experience

Experience: Minimum of 1 year Microsoft experience Employment Type: $25-$27/hr Work Hours: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, 40 hours per week, Onsite Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan. Our program provides employees the flexibility to choose the type of coverage that meets their individual needs. Available paid leave may include Paid Sick Leave, where required by law; any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law; and Holiday pay upon meeting eligibility criteria.
