· Job Title: Billing/Administrative Assistant
· Type: Temporary 2-3 months (hybrid after two weeks of on-site training)
· Location: Nashville, TN.
· Pay Rate: $20-$21 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
· Report to the Revenue Cycle Manager
· Support the Billing/AR Department with claims.
· Post cash daily
· Able to pivot easily from project to project.
· File clean up and data entry
· Administrative support as needed.
· Deliver high-quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
· 1-3 years of experience in a healthcare setting
· Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Must type 40 wpm.
· Ability to work in a fast paces environment and manage complex issues
