Job Description:
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a dedicated and personable Receptionist to join our client’s team in Montgomery, Ohio. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organized and customer-focused individual to contribute to a dynamic and welcoming office environment. The position is 100% in-person, ensuring that you will be an integral part of the team, directly interacting with clients and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner
Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and efficiently
Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
Provide general administrative support, including data entry and filing
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus
Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional attitude and appearance
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
