LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a talented Licensed Patent Agent to join our Am Law 200 client's team in Minneapolis, MN.
The Role:- Prepare, file, and prosecute patent applications for inventions in the electrical & mechanical fields.
- Evaluate patentability, conduct research, and draft responses to patent office actions.
- Collaborate with patent attorneys to secure patents for clients.
- 2+ years of US law firm experience in domestic and foreign patent prosecution (electrical or mechanical engineering required).
- MS or PhD in engineering is required.
- Registration with the USPTO is required.
- Excellent analytical & writing skills, strong client service focus, and a collaborative work style.
- Competitive salary ($100,000 - $185,000), comprehensive benefits package, and a supportive work environment.
- Hybrid schedule: 2 days in-office, 3 days WFH.
