LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an Administrative Assistant for a 2 month contract position that could extend in Minneapolis, MN. This is for an assurance, tax, and financial advisory company with an excellent reputation.


Responsibilities:



  • General admin office duties


  • mail prep, sorting, distribution


  • fed ex/UPS/Courier prep


  • Stock kitchen/pantry daily


  • Ordering lunches, Greet guests


  • conference room clean-up/booking


  • scanning of client docs


  • new ID/access badges


  • log incoming checks, etc.


  • Tax processing, updating UserVerse, tax caddy and e-filing


Qualifications:



  • High school diploma or GED, required.


  • Three (3) year of experience in office services / facilities or similar position


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite


Employment Type: 2 month contract that could extend
